We want you to be happy with your decal purchase. Decals can be returned or exchanged within 20 days of the shipping date. A refund for the decal minus 25% of the order total. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Your refund will be issued to the credit card used when the purchase was made. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
If the decal contained an error, please check your order to make sure that the information you provided when you placed the order is correct. If the error is our fault we will gladly mail out a replacement at no charge.
All items must be returned in original condition to receive a refund or exchange.
To return the decal please include a copy of the shipping invoice along with a note of why you are returning the decal.
Bulk Order Return Policy
Affordable Signs does not offer returns on bulk orders of 12 or more decals of the same design. Please make sure that you order the size and color that you want. If you are unsure about the size or color we recommend that you place an initial order for one single decal before you order the decals in large quantity.
If the decals contain an error that was made on the order when the order was placed we cannot be responsible, so please proof the information before you place the order. If Affordable Signs makes a error in the manufacturing process we will gladly remake the decals and ship them to you at no charge.

We recommend that you return the decal USPS Priority mail with order confirmation number. Envelopes and boxes are provided for free at your local post office and the shipping label can be printed on the post office website.

If your decal order contains an error and you need a replacement. If the error is made on our end we will replace the decal free of charge. If the error was made on your end, ex. mis-spelled names or words etc. we will work with you to get it corrected. Affordable Signs is not responsible for replacing decals that contain errors that were not made by Affordable Signs. We will work with you to get the error corrected but we do not replace decals that contain errors free of charge.
Affordable Signs is forced to charge 25% on decal orders that are canceled after the close of business on the day the order is placed. If you place a decal order and then decide that you want to cancel the order we have a 25% cancellation fee if the order is canceled after the close of business on the day it was placed. If the order is canceled before the close of business and on the same day it was placed there will be zero cancellation fee.
Note: Affordable Signs is not responsible for replacing decals that have already been applied. It is the customer's responsibility to proof the decal for errors before application.
